Highly Personalised training programs for endurance cycling events such as Grand Fondo's, Peaks Challenge, Cycle Classics, Round the Bay and multi-day cycling tours such as Haute Route and the Great Victorian Bike Ride.

 

 Personalised power meter and heart rate training zones, with customised and targeted workouts to intensely focus on your area of development.

Workouts can be synced for ease of use in Zwift, Fulgaz, MyWhoosh, Rouvy, Trainer Road, Styrd, Garmin & Wahoo devices.

run-coaching

Private swim technique sessions are aimed at athletes looking to identify areas to become more comfortable and efficient in the water and hence faster.  

 

Sessions: 60mins including:

  • Private lane hire & pool entry or open water venue hire
  • Coach/instructor in water to demonstrate and correct technique
  • Video assessment of swim technique
  • Identification of areas to develop and drills to practice
  • Video of practicing drills with correct technique 
  • Feedback video and notes

Feel like you have an idea with what you are doing with your training and want some expert training advice and analysis of sessions?

Have you created a training plan and want someone to put an expect eye over it?

Each 60 minute session provides an indepth data analysis to identify any training structure or training behaviour that could be modified to help achieve your goals.

 

Sessions can be conducted online, over the phone or face-to-face sessions
